CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />�--' RESOLUTION NO. 18-54 <br />LOCAL APPROVAL OF A LAWFUL GAMBLING <br />PREMISES PERMIT FOR LIQUOR BARREL LIQUOR STORE <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council has received a request from the Liquor Barrel Liquor <br />Store for a lawful gambling premises permit to conduct gambling (pull tabs, tip board, <br />paddlewheel) at Liquor Barrel, 7997 Lake Drive, Suite 120. <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Gambling Control Board requires the City of Lino Lakes to submit <br />a resolution to the City Council approving the premises permit application; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has conducted the required background investigation; and <br />WHEREAS, the Forest Lake Area Athletic Association is in compliance with Chapter 611 of <br />the Lino Lakes City Code relating to Lawful Gambling; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the request of the Forest Lake Area Athletic Association for a Premise Permit <br />for Charitable Gambling at Liquor Barrel Liquor Store, 7997 Lake Drive, Suite 120. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of May, 2018. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Stoesz and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Stoesz, Maher, Manthey, Rafferty, <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ie Bartell, Ci Clerk <br />Reinert <br />11 <br />A/. <br />Jeff Reinert or <br />
