1. Comments from WSB City Engineer letter dated May 2, 2018 shall be addressed. <br />2. Comments from the Environmental Coordinator letter dated May 1, 2018 shall be <br />addressed. <br />3. A copy of the RCWD permit application shall be submitted to the City. <br />4. Developer shall prepared deeds for Outlots A, B and C. <br />5. Developer shall provide a house plan with deck for Lot 2, Block 2. <br />6. Right -of -Way, Drainage and Utility Easement shall be vacated in conjunction with <br />Council approval of PUD Final Plan/Final Plat. <br />7. Sheet L2, Tree Inventory & Removals: <br />a. Tree Inventory Table shall have consistent headers e.g. "Rem" vs "Save". <br />8. Sheet S2, Preliminary Plat: <br />a.
