CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-73 <br />Approving the Renewal of Liquor, Wine and Beer licenses for the 2018/2019 licensing <br />period <br />WHEREAS, the licensing period for liquor, wine and beer licenses in the City of Lino Lakes is <br />one year, commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 the following year; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is required to approve the renewal of liquor and wine licenses, in <br />some cases, prior to State issuance of a license; <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the renewal applications that have been submitted and <br />verified that local licensing regulations are met; <br />WHERAS, the Lino Lakes Public Service Department has conducted the required background <br />investigations for license renewals; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the renewal of liquor, wine and beer licenses as set forth <br />in Exhibit A that is hereby attached, with said approval contingent upon applicants meeting all <br />city and state requirements for said licenses. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11th day of June, 2018. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Maher, Manthey, SToesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />li nne Bartell, City <br />
