CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-77 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT, 2018 STREET MAINTENANCE (RECLAMITE) PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of a 2018 Street Maintenance <br />(Reclamite) Project, quotes were received: <br />CONTRACTOR TOTAL QUOTE <br />Corrective Asphalt Materials <br />Lino Lakes Blacktop <br />Allied Blacktop <br />Arcade Asphalt <br />$87,730.80 <br />Did not Quote <br />Did not Quote <br />Did not Quote <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Corrective Asphalt Materials, LLC. is the lowest responsible quote. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Corrective Asphalt <br />Materials LLC., in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction of a 2018 Street <br />Maintenance (Reclamite) Project according to the plans on file in the office of the City Clerk; and <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of. Lino Lakes this 25th day of June, 2018. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Maher, Stoesz, Manthey, <br />Re <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />�Juliar ne Bartell, •ity Cler <br />Jeff Reinert, a*or <br />
