CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-79 <br />APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR RENEWAL BY ANDERSEN <br />WHEREAS, Renewal by Andersen has submitted a peddlers license application to the city <br />clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Renewal by Andersen has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of <br />the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for a for-profit business; and <br />WHEREAS, a background check on the company representatives who will be working in Lino <br />Lakes have been completed by the Public Safety Department; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />Jacob Belanger, Laine Fischer, Alexandros Balasis, Matthew Johnson Jr., Peter Knefelkamp, <br />Trevor Hartman, Thomas Storlien, Ryan Miller, Aspen Florey, Isak Larson, Jeffrey Lane, Luke <br />Meulepas, Samuel Halloran, Mitchell Munson, Luke Johnson, Minh Le, Emily Magistad, <br />Thomas Heil, Abubakar Dhanke, John Logan, Noah Wondimu, Travis Weis, Seamus McNiff, <br />David, Anderson, Nicholas Schmidt, Jennifer Afamefune and Halle scheer of Renewal by <br />Andersen are hereby authorized to vend for a period of six -months beginning June 26, 2018 and <br />ending December 26, 2018. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of June, 2018. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Stoesz, Manthey, Maher, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Julia e Bartell, City Clerk <br />
