CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-80 <br />Approving the Renewal of Don Julio's Mexican Restaurant's Liquor, Wine and Beer <br />licenses for the 2018/2019 licensing period <br />WHEREAS, the licensing period for liquor, wine and beer licenses in the City of Lino Lakes is <br />one year, commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 the following year; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is required to approve the renewal of liquor and wine licenses; <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the renewal application submitted by Don Julio's Mexican <br />Restaurant that has been submitted and verified that local licensing regulations are met; <br />WHERAS, the Lino Lakes Public Service Department has conducted the required background <br />investigations for license renewals; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the renewal of Don Julio's Mexican Restaurant liquor, <br />wine and beer license, with said approval contingent upon applicants meeting all city and state <br />requirements for said licenses. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of June, 2018. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Stoesz, Manthey, Maher, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />ne Bartell, City Cler <br />Jeff Reine , payor <br />
