CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-81 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR RECORDING THE <br />FINAL PLAT OF SS PROPERTIES ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by Minnesota Statutes and City of Lino <br />Lakes ordinances; and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for SS Properties Addition was approved by the City Council on <br />January 22, 2018 with Resolution No. 18-03; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 1001.059(3) states the developer shall record the plat within 90 days after <br />the date of approval, otherwise the approval of the final plat shall be considered void, unless the <br />developer requests and receives an extension from the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, on April 9, 2018, the City Council passed Resolution No. 18-37 granting a 90 day <br />extension for the recording the final plat to July 21, 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicants, Scott and Shelly Carlson, have requested another 90 day extension <br />in order to finalize details related to construction financing. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes the <br />final plat and related documents for SS Properties Addition shall be recorded with Anoka County <br />by October 19, 2018 unless an additional extension is granted by the City Council. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of June, 2018. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon <br />vote beingtaken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Raferty, Stoesz, Manthey, Maher, Rein <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />e Bartell, ty C <br />1 <br />Jeff Reinert, / a u r <br />
