<br /> <br />These amendments are being submitted with a positive recommendation of the <br />Commission and could therefore be enacted by an affir mative vote of all council <br />members. <br /> <br />Requested Council Direction <br /> <br />Staff proposes to begin the processed outlined by State Statute to adopt the two proposed <br />charter amendments relating to election by a vote of the council.
