The staff report from that Work Ses sion is attached for your <br />review. <br /> <br />Since the July 1 st Work Session we have received a letter of resignation from an officer. <br />This will create an additional vacant sworn position in the patrol division effective <br />August 11, 2013. <br /> <br />Staff has completed a patrol staffing evaluation as requested and that report is attached <br />for your review as well . <br /> <br /> <br />Requested Council Direction <br /> <br />Staff request Council direction regarding the filling of a vacant Sergeant Position , <br />backfilling an O fficer position, and filling the pending vacant Officer position. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />1.
