To Anoka County Recorder: <br /> January 10, 2018 <br /> I"Reading: 11/13/2017 Publication: December 5 2017 <br /> 2°d Reading: 11/27/2017 Effective: January 5 2018 <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 12-17 <br /> ORDINANCE VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT <br /> (Lot 2, Block 1, St. Clair Estates) <br /> The City Council of Lino Lakes ordains: <br /> Section 1: Findings of Fact <br /> 1. The City Council of Lino Lakes has determined to vacate a portion of the <br /> drainage and utility easement, as created and dedicated over, under, and across <br /> Lot 2, Block 1, in the plat of St. Clair Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota; and <br /> 2. A public hearing was held on November 13, 2017 before the City Council in the <br /> City Hall Council Chambers after due published and posted notice had been given <br /> and reasonable attempts were made to give personal notice to all affected property <br /> ' IN owners, and all persons interested were given an opportunity to be heard; and <br /> 3. It appears to be in the best interest of the City to vacate such drainage and utility <br /> easements; and <br /> 4. Four-fifths of all members of the City Council concur with this ordinance. <br /> Section 2: Easement Vacated <br /> Drainage and Utility Easement Vacation Description: <br /> That part of Lot 2, Block 1, St. Clair Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota described <br /> as follows. Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 2; thence South 89 degrees <br /> 57 minutes 45 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the south line of said Lot 2 a <br /> distance of 43.78 feet to the point of beginning;thence North 03 degrees 48 minutes 30 <br /> seconds East 80.17 feet to the north line of said Lot 2; thence North 89 degrees 57 <br /> minutes 45 seconds West along said north line 7.77 feet; thence South 01 degrees 45 <br /> minutes 01 seconds East 80.04 feet to the point of beginning. Excepting therefrom the <br /> north and south 5 feet of said Lot 2. <br /> Attached hereto Exhibit A <br /> 1 <br />
