1st Reading: May 1 4 , 2 01 8 <br />2nd Reading: May 2 9 , 2 01 8 <br />Publication: <br />Effective: <br />Tune 12 2018 <br />July <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 04-18 <br />122 2018 <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 300, CHAPTER 301 OF THE LINO LAKES <br />CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATING TO PUBLIC PARKS AND GROUNDS <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes ordains as follows: <br />Section 1: Section 301.05 of the above -entitled ordinance be amended to read as <br />follows: <br />§ 301.05 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. <br />No person shall possess, display, consume or use intoxicating liquor on any public <br />park or public grounds, except during community festivals and as approved by <br />Resolution of the City Council. No person shall possess, display, consume or use 3.2% <br />malt liquor in any public park or public grounds except in designated picnic areas <br />approved by the Council. <br />Section 2: Effect <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication <br />according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this2 9 day of May , 2018. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was introduced by Council <br />member Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Maher, Manthey, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against the same: <br />none <br />
