That part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as commencing at the Southeast corner thereof, thence Northerly along the East line thereof for 33.00 feet; thence on an assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 19 minutes 35 seconds West and parallel with the South line of said Southeast Quarter for 2219.00 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence North 4 degrees 06 minutes 25 seconds East 242.00 feet; thence South 74 degrees 11 minutes 56 seconds East 204.14 feet; thence South 4 degrees 06 minutes 25 seconds West a distance of 221.68 feet to the South line of said Southeast Quarter; thence North 89 degrees 19 minutes 35 seconds West along said South line a distance of 200.27 feet to its intersection with a line that bears South 4 degrees 06 minutes 25 seconds West from the point of beginning; thence North 4 degrees 06 minutes 25 seconds East a distance of 33.05 feet to the point of beginning. 5.
