(d) All driveways and approaches shall be hard surfaced in accordance with Section <br />1007.044(3)(h)16. <br />(e) An air park single family lot may have one secondary public street driveway access subject to <br />approval of the City Engineer and the following conditions: <br />1. The property owner demonstrates that the principal driveway access serving the single <br />family dwelling cannot be extended or expanded to serve an airplane hangar without <br />encroaching into required setbacks or abutting property or without violating section <br />1007.044(5)(g). <br />2. Secondary driveway width shall not exceed 12 feet. <br />3. No secondary driveway shall be within three feet of the property line unless a shared <br />driveway access and maintenance agreement is executed by each property owner and <br />recorded against each property with Anoka County. <br />(f) Impervious Surface Coverage Area. The impervious surface of the property shall not exceed <br />65%. <br />(g) All other provisions of Chapter 1007 and the City Code shall be applicable to the extent not <br />in conflict with this section. <br />Section 6. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective from and after its passage and <br />publication according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 11 th day of June, 2018. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was introduced by Council <br />Member Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Manthey and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Manthey, Maher, Stoesz, Reinett <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />Bartell, <br />Julianne y <br />C t Clerk <br />
