1st Reading: July 9, 2018 <br />Publication: <br />July 31, 2018 <br />2nd Reading: July 23, 2018 <br />Effective: <br />August 31, 2018 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 10-18 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE CHAPTER 1007 RELATED TO <br />COMMERCIAL KENNEL AND COMMERCIAL STABLE PERFOMANCE <br />STANDARDS <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes ordains: <br />Section 1. Findings. The City Council finds that commercial kennels and commercial stables <br />within the city are land uses supported by the City's Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance. <br />The development of performance standards for these uses is in the best interest of the city to <br />ensure safe operation and continued compatibility with adjacent land uses. <br />Section 2. Amendment. Lino Lakes City Code Section 1007.080(7) is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br />(d) Commercial Stables, Commercial Kennels; and similar uses provided that: <br />1. The applicable provisions of Chapter 503 are determined to be satisfied. <br />2. Property shall be in conformance with minimum lot size requirements of this <br />zoning district.a minimum of 5 acres in size. <br />3. Cages, enclosures, and housing facilities shall be a minimum of 50 feet from any <br />neighboring habitable dwelling and 100 feet from any property line , or lecated in <br />the middle of the parcel, whichever is greater. <br />fl Commercial Stables as regulated by § 1007.058 of this Ordinance. <br />Section 3. Amendment. Lino Lakes City Code Section 1007.081(7) is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br />(c) Commercial Stables, Commercial Kennels; and similar uses provided that: <br />1.
