�e L.U. {CtCpl'�lr �IIJ �2.4(g <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 18-103 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR MINI SELF- <br /> STORAGE FACILITIES (LINO LAKES STORAGE-440 PARK COURT) <br /> WHEREAS, the City received a land use application for a mini self-storage facility for <br /> Lino Lakes Storage located at 440 Park Court and hereafter referred to as "Development" <br /> ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the property is zoned LI, Light Industrial and allows for such uses with a <br /> conditional use permit; and <br /> WHEREAS, the legal description of the subject property is Lot 4, Block 1, Marshan <br /> Lake Industrial Park; and <br /> WHEREAS, City staff has completed a review of the proposed mini self-storage facility <br /> based on the following plans: <br /> • 7/3/2018: Plan Set, prepared by AMI <br /> • 7/3/2018: Tree Preservation&Mitigation Plan, prepared by AMI <br /> • 7/27/2018: Architectural Plans and Color Elevations, prepared by Robert D. <br /> Johnson Architect <br /> • 1/11/2018: Environmental Site Assessment Phase II, prepared by American <br /> Engineering Testing, Inc. <br /> • 1/8/2018: Environmental Site Assessment Phase I, prepared by American <br /> Engineering Testing, Inc. <br /> • 10/4/2017: Report of Geotechnical Exploration,prepared by ITCO Allied <br /> Engineering Company <br /> • 7/3/2017: Storm Water Management Plan, prepared by AMI <br /> • Narrative, prepared by Amaris Development, LLC <br /> • 8/25/2017: Certificate of Survey, prepared by E.G. Rud & Sons, Inc. <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Planning& Zoning Board on August <br /> 8, 2018, and the Board recommended approval of the conditional use permit. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino <br /> Lakes hereby makes the following: <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> 1.
