CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-110 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A SITE IMPROVEMENT <br />PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT WITH LOVE TO GROW ON CHILDCARE <br />WHEREAS, the City has completed the review of the site and building plans prepared for the <br />proposed child care facility, Love to Grown On, located at 6499 Lakota Trail; and <br />WHEREAS, the parcel is legally described as: <br />Lot 1, Block 16, Millers Crossroads, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(PID 30-31-22-44-0074); and <br />WHEREAS, Section 1007.020(5)(d) of the Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance requires the execution <br />of a site performance agreement prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that <br />the Site Improvement Performance Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and Love to <br />Grow On Childcare is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute <br />such agreements on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of August, 2018. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Manthey, Rafferty, Maher, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Juliann Bartell, City 0 lerk <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />
