<br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 -9 3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY OF <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0 8 -13 FOR PUBLICATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS , the City Council has approved the first and second readings of Ordinance No. 0 8 - <br />13, amending Chapter 403 of the Lino Lakes City Code re lating to Individual Sewage Treatment <br />Systems; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 0 8 -13 is lengthy and Minn. Statute 412.191 provides for a city to <br />publish a summary of an ordinance ; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the summary clearly informs the p ublic of the <br />intent and effect of the ordinance, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the publication in the official newspaper ill include a notice that a full printed copy <br />of the ordinance is available at City Hall. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of T he Cit y of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the summary of Ordinance No. 0 8 -13, attached hereto as Exhibit A, for <br />publication according to State Law and City Charter. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council o f the City of Lino Lakes this 26 th day of August , 2013 . <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert , Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
