7 <br />Tree Preservation <br /> <br />A tree sur vey and preservation plan shall be submitted. There are a few small tree stands <br />specifically on the southwestern corner of the site that will need to be evaluated. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />The City’s review and comments on th e concept plan’s relation to the Comprehensive <br />Plan and development regulations do not grant any rights to the applicant to development <br />the property as depicted by the concept plan. <br /> <br />The Environmental Board reviewed the concept plan on July 31, 2013 and th e Planning <br />& Zoning Board reviewed the plan on August 14, 2013.
