A new <br />wetland delineation would be required utilizing the current policies and procedures. (Appears to be a cropped <br />area so an aerial slide review would be required.) <br />• The property is located in the Lino Lakes CWPMP and subject to the special provisions of RCWD Rule F S ection <br />6. The section, in part, requires a functional ana lysis of the wetlands in order to apply Table 1 and /or Table 2 <br />for wetland activities. <br />• The applicant will need to maintain the capacity of the private drainage system on the property for an y <br />upstream properties. <br /> <br />As you know, at this early stage, these comments ar e not intended as an exhaustive review and the RCWD lo oks forward <br />to working with the applicant as their project deve lops.
