CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-128 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT, 2018 <br />WEST SHADOW LAKE AREA STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the city to proceed with <br />the construction oversight and administration of the 2018 West Shadow Lake Area Street and <br />Utility Improvement Project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with WSB <br />and Associates, Inc., in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction services and <br />materials testing of the 2018 West Shadow Lake Area Street and Utility Improvement <br />Project in the amount of $386,379.00. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of October, 2018. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Manthey, Stoesz, Maher, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none (Rafferty abstained) <br />ATTEST: <br />Juliann Bartell, City Jerk <br />Stoesz <br />Jeff Reinert, (Mayor <br />and upon <br />
