CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-139 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />NORTH EAST DRAINAGE TO PELTIER LAKE <br />WHEREAS, the City proposes to construct an open channel outlet to Peltier Lake and a <br />stormwater crossing under I-35E to provide an outlet to landlocked areas included within the <br />North East Drainage Comprehensive Stormwater Management Plan Area; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council passed Resolution 17-127 Approving North East Lino Lakes <br />Comprehensive Stormwater Management Plan on November 27, 2017, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interests of the City to prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of such improvements; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />City staff is authorized to execute a professional services agreement with WSB and Associates, <br />Inc., in the amount of $135,000.00 <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd day of October, 2018. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Manthey, Stoesz, Maher, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none (Rafferty — abstain) <br />ATTEST: <br />Juli�d e Bartell, C.
