CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-146 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE GRADING AND TRUNK UTILITY AGREEMENT <br />AMENDMENT FOR WATERMARK <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat for the <br />Watermark development on June 13, 2016, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Grading and Utility Agreement for Watermark on <br />June 11, 2018 with Resolution No. 18-69, and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer (U.S. Homes Corp. d/b/a Lennar) wishes to amend the Grading and <br />Utility Agreement to expand the project scope, and <br />WHEREAS, the City has reviewed the grading and trunk utility construction plans and found it <br />to be consistent with the comprehensive plan, zoning and subdivision ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Grading and Trunk Utility Agreement Amendment between U.S. Homes <br />Corp. d/b/a Lennar and the City of Lino Lakes for the Watermark development and authorizes the <br />Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22'' day of October, 2018. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Manthey and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maher, Manthey, Rafferty, SToesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />--Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
