CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-150 <br />APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR COMCAST CABLE <br />WHEREAS, Meghan O'Brien, Michael Nebel and Tyler Barr sales representatives for James <br />Hardie Building Products have submitted a peddler license application to the city clerk's office; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, representatives have complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of the <br />Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted a background check and <br />has found no reason to deny the license; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves <br />the request of Comcast Cable to sell services door to door for a period of six -months beginning <br />October 22, 2018 and ending April 22, 2019. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd of October, 2018. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maher, Rafferty, Manthey, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Jeff Reinert, 'Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />
