Planning & Zoning Board <br />October 10, 2018 <br />Page 6 <br />APPROVED MINUTES <br />Mr. Grochala suggested a review of the PUD process and requirements concurrently <br />with the Comp Plan adjacent jurisdiction review. <br /> <br />B. Project Updates <br /> <br /> Watermark is grading underway. <br /> LaMotte construction is having difficulty with weather. <br /> Trail being construction on top of Lake Drive trunk utilities (Marshan to Park <br />Court). <br /> Love to Grow On is to break ground shortly. <br /> All Seasons Rental is hoping to begin this fall. <br /> Ordering plans and specs for Peltier Lake outlet. <br /> Lyngblomsten submitted an application today. Applicant is in discussion about <br />the corner property. <br /> Verbal yes from the County to see if City can figure out how to use the first house <br />in Lino Lakes for well #7. <br /> Authorizing plans and specs for Water tower #3. The determined location is at the <br />Rec Complex. <br /> Natures Refuge is working through Army Core issues. <br /> Saddle Club 4th Addition is grading. <br /> Lakes Liquor is remodeling and will become a E-Cig shop. <br /> <br />VII. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Mr. Laden made a MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 8:33 P.M. Motion was supported <br />by Mr. Evenson.
