The City Council of Lino Lakes has determined to vacate a portion of the <br />drainage and utility easement dedicated on Lot 4, Block 1, Marshan Lake <br />Industrial Park, as shown in Exhibit A; and <br />2. A public hearing was held on September 10, 2018 before the City Council in the <br />City Hall Council Chambers after due published and posted notice had been given <br />and reasonable attempts were made to give personal notice to all affected property <br />owners, and all persons interested were given an opportunity to be heard; and <br />3. It appears to be in the best interest of the City to vacate such drainage and utility <br />easements; and <br />4. The Drainage and Utility Easement Vacation shall be recorded through Anoka <br />County Recorder's Office; and <br />5. Four -fifths of all members of the City Council concur with this ordinance. <br />Section 2: Easement Vacated <br />The drainage and utility easement described herein is hereby vacated: <br />"Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 4; thence South 89 degrees 54 minutes <br />51 seconds East, assumed bearing along the south line of said Lot 4, a distance of 51.92 <br />feet; thence North 02 degrees 36 minutes 44 seconds West along said drainage and utility <br />easement, a distance of 71.57 feet; thence North 10 degrees 30 minutes 08 seconds East <br />along said drainage and utility easement, a distance of 187.90 feet; thence North 89 <br />degrees 03 minutes 53 seconds East along said drainage and utility easement, a distance <br />of 97.57 feet to the point of beginning of the easement to be vacated; thence continuing <br />North 89 degrees 03 minutes 53 seconds East along said drainage and utility easement, a <br />distance of 104.84 feet; thence North 26 degrees 11 minutes 38 seconds West along said <br />drainage and utility easement, a distance of 119.00 feet; thence North 87 degrees 47 <br />1 <br />
