Section 2: Amendment <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes is hereby amended to rezone the <br />following described property from R, Rural to PUD, Planned Unit Development. <br />Section 3: Legal Description <br />PARCEL DESCRIPTION: (Per Commitment No. HB-37447, dated May 20, 2018 at <br />7:00 A.M. prepared by Custom Home Builders Title, Inc., as issuing agent for Old <br />Republic National Title Insurance Company) <br />Parcel: <br />The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE 1/4 of NW 1/4) of Section 25, <br />Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, Lying easterly of the Westerly <br />604.18 feet thereof, as measured at right angles, and lying westerly of Interstate Highway <br />No. 35E.
