Metal horizontal lap siding <br />is acceptable. <br />6)Fabric or vinyl canopy structures acceptable. <br />7)Roof and exterior color and material compatible with <br />home (except manufactured tool shed). <br />8)Lots that have shared ownership/membership in the <br />Lino Airpark may have a three thousand two hundred <br />(3,200) square foot accessory building as an airplane <br />hangar provided that: <br />a)The hangar be earth tone in color. <br />b)The hangar conform to Building Code <br />standards for hangar use. <br />c)The hangar location has direct taxiway access <br />to the Lino Airpark runway. <br />SETBACKS <br />The setbacks for accessory buildings are established per zoning district. A typical R-1, <br />Single Family Residential District requires a 5 foot side and rear setback. Accessory <br />buildings are not allowed in the front yard. <br /> <br />
