FEE PROPOSAL <br />The services for this study will result in a report document that will include the following study <br />elements and recommendations: <br />• Space needs <br />• Current and future growth <br />• Comparisons to similar cities <br />• Growth potential for each option <br />• Existing facility conditions <br />• Deferred and short-term maintenance <br />• Building code / OSHA compliance <br />• Accessibility compliance <br />• Site location relative to population and infrastructure <br />• Energy usage and potential for savings <br />• Long-term costs of operation <br />• Capital costs for construction / remodeling proposed <br />In addition to preparing the above study results, CNH Architects and our consultant team will <br />meet with staff as needed to gather the study information and review study drafts as well as <br />present study results to the City Council. <br />We propose the services indicated above for a fixed fee of $11,900, plus reimbursable expenses <br />for printing and mileage. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to provide this proposal and we look forward to working with the <br />City of Lino Lakes. <br />Quinn S.
