Resolution No. 13-97, Authorizing Preparationof Plans and Specifications for the 21 <br />230 <br />Avenue Improvement Projects <br />–Community Development Director Grochala explained that it is <br />231 <br />appropriate in thetimelinefor this project to authorize development of the plansand specifications at <br />232 <br />this point. The city’s enginnering firm, WSB has submitted a proposal to prepare the necessary <br />233 <br />information and staff is supportive. <br />234 <br />235 <br />Council Member Rafferty moved to approve Resolution No. 13-97 as presented. Resolution No. 13-99, Accepting Quotes and Awarding Contract for the 2013 Surface <br />239 <br />Water Management Project <br />–City Engineer Wedel explained the program and the budget proposed <br />240 <br />for 2013. It is a good program for maintenance and to deal with issues that arise. He showed a map <br />241 <br />of this year’s project area. Staff recommends proceeding with the low quote for services received on <br />242 <br />the project. <br />243 <br />244 <br />Council Member Stoesz moved to approve Resolution No. 13-99 as presented.
