If there are no <br />limitations, list none. <br />Combining water from different in hydraulic grade lines (HGL) can result in limited flow of water between cities. <br />The City of Blaine has a lower HGL than Lino Lakes, likely leading to lower flows and pressures. Combining water <br />sources (treated and untreated water) can result in calcification of watermains, chemical odors, and degradation <br />of water quality. <br />13 <br />
