CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-03 <br />AWARDING CLEANING SERVICES CONTRACT TO COVERALL OF THE <br />TWIN CITIES, INC. <br />WHEREAS, While Jani-King has been providing cleaning services for the City of Lino Lakes <br />since 2011, staff felt it was a good time to consider other options; and <br />WHEREAS, Two reputable cleaning services were contacted to conduct a walk-through for City <br />Hall, Police Department, Fire Station #1, Fire Station #2, and Public Works and submit <br />proposals; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff is recommending the City Council award the Cleaning Services contract to <br />Coverall of the Twin Cities, Inc. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes that <br />the City Council authorizes staff to enter into an agreement with Coverall of the Twin Cities, <br />Inc., to provide cleaning services for the City of Lino Lakes. <br />Approved by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of January, 2019. <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />
