Special Meeting — Land Acquisition - The council will adjourn to a closed <br />163 session after the January 14th council meeting. <br />164 11. Monthly Progress Report — Administrator Karlson provided an update on <br />165 negotiations and employment (recycling intern withdrew application). <br />166 12.
