This would be <br />subsequent to the City Council awarding the construction contract for the project to Forest Lake <br />Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $1,181,523.95. <br /> <br />Our construction services scope of work includes the following tasks: <br /> <br />• Contract Administration <br />• Construction Observation <br />• Construction Staking <br />• Materials Testing <br /> <br />The engineering services to complete the 2018 LaMotte Area Street and Utility Improvement <br />Project, on an hourly not to exceed basis, is as follows: <br /> <br /> Contract Administration ............... $ 15,246 <br /> Construction Inspection Services .. $ 59,430 <br /> Staking ........................................... $ 5,274 <br /> Total Fee $ 79,950 <br /> <br /> Materials Testing………………... $ 8,885 <br /> <br />Our construction observation fees are based on the project being substantially completed in 2018. <br />The fees are estimated hourly, based on part time inspection of fourteen (14) hours per week, and the <br />contractor substantially completing the work in approximately twelve (12) weeks. We will work <br />diligently with the City and the contractor to ensure a timely schedule is kept in accordance with the <br />plans and specifications. We have included construction materials testing services in WSB’s scope of <br />work. <br />
