<br /> <br />1st Reading: Publication: <br />2nd Reading: Effective: <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 14-18 <br /> <br />AMENDING THE CITY CODE BY ADDING A NEW CHAPTER 510 RELATING TO <br />DISORDERLY HOUSES <br /> <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes do ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Lino Lakes Code of Ordinances be amended by adding thereto <br />a new Chapter 510 to read as follows: <br /> <br />CHAPTER 510. DISORDERLY HOUSES. <br /> 510.01 DEFINITIONS. <br /> For the purpose of this chapter, the terms defined in this section shall have the following <br />meanings ascribed to them. <br /> <br /> Disorderly House. Any building, dwelling, place, establishment or premises in which <br />actions or conduct occur in violation of any law or ordinance relating to the following: <br /> <br />(1) Sale or regulation of an intoxicating liquor or 3.2 percent malt liquor; <br />(2) Gambling; <br />(3) Prostitution, acts relating to prostitution, solicitation to vice, or lewd and indecent <br />behavior; <br />(4) The sale, possession or use of drugs or controlled substances as defined by state <br />law; <br />(5) Disorderly conduct as defined by state law; <br />(6) Assault as defined by state law; <br />(7) Public nuisance as defined by state law; <br />(8) Any other unlawful conduct or pattern of unlawful conduct pursuant to city <br />ordinance or state law. <br /> 510.02 PENALTY FOR VIOLATION. <br /> (1) Any violation of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor. <br /> (2) Each violation and every day in which a violation occurs or continues shall <br />constitute a separate offense. <br />510.03 EVIDENCE. <br /> <br />Evidence of unlawful sales or free distribution of intoxicating liquor or 3.2 percent malt <br />liquor or of gambling shall be prima facie evidence of the existence of a disorderly house.
