Tenant will indemnify and hold Owner harmless against any claim of <br />liability or loss from personal injury or property damage resulting from or arising out of the use <br />and occupancy of the Leased Property by Tenant. To the extent allowed by law, Owner will <br />indemnify and hold Tenant harmless against any claim of liability or loss from personal injury or <br />property damage resulting from or arising out of the use and occupancy of the Leased Property <br />by Owner. Tenant shall maintain commercial general liability insurance on the property with <br />minimum limits of $1,000,000 each occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. If such insurance <br />contains a general aggregate limit, it shall apply separately to this Agreement. The Tenant shall <br />maintain business automobile liability insurance or equivalent form with a limit of not less than <br />$1,000,000 each accident. Such insurance shall include coverage for owned, hired, and non- <br />owned automobiles. The Tenant shall maintain umbrella liability insurance with a limit not less <br />than $1,000,000 each accident. The Tenant must also maintain workers' compensation insurance <br />with statutory limits and employer's liability insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000 <br />each accident. The Tenant must furnish Owner with properly executed certificates of insurance <br />naming Owner as an additional insured, which will clearly evidence all insurance required. <br /> <br />Section #14 Amended Content <br /> <br />Liability and Indemnity.
