CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-123 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT, 2018 <br />TRUNK WATERMAIN AND TRAIL PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is proposing to construction utility and trail improvements on Lake Drive <br />and utility improvements on Birch Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 24th, 2018, the City awarded the above-mentioned project to Dresel <br />Contracting, Inc.; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, WSB and Associates, City Engineer, has submitted a proposal to provide <br />construction oversight and contract administration. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. WSB and Associates, Inc., is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. The <br />engineer shall provide construction services for the making of such improvement. <br />2.
