ATTACHMENT A <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 13-18 <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 616 OF THE LINO LAKES CODE OF ORDINANCES <br />RELATING TO THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE. <br />Ordinance No. 13-18 provides for updates to the following sections: <br />616.02 Definitions: Accredited institution and massage therapist; <br />616.04 Application for License: Background information to be provided; <br />616.06 & 616.06 Conditions Governing Issuance: Additional investigation <br />requirement; and disqualifiers; <br />616.17 License Restriction: Hours of operation and habitation of premises; <br />616.08 Inspection: Equipment requirements; <br />616.09 Grounds for Revocation: Revocation based on offenses; previous license <br />infractions; <br />616.10 Suspension of License for Violations: Circumstances calling for immediate <br />suspension. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council on October 8, 2018. <br />This is a summary of the adopted ordinance.
