<br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-140 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT, 2018 SURFACE WATER MAINTENANCE PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the 2018 Surface Water <br />Maintenance Project, quotes were received, and tabulated: <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR TOTAL BID <br />Olson’s Sewer Service, Inc. $105,706.00 <br />Forest Lake Contracting $145,000.00 <br />CW Houle, Inc. Did not quote. <br />Penn Contracting, Inc. Did not quote. <br />North Pine Aggregate Did not quote. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Olson’s Sewer Service, Inc. is the lowest responsible quote; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Olson’s Sewer <br />Service, Inc., in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction of the 2018 Surface Water <br />Maintenance Project according to the plans and specifications approved by the City Council and on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk; and <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd day of October, 2018. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br />_______________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk
