The Peltier Lake <br />Outlet Improvements and I-35E Crossing Final Design includes the following elements: <br /> <br />• Final design of an open channel conveyance system to provide an outlet for the proposed <br />development east of 20th Avenue to Peltier Lake. The outlet will achieve discharge rate control in <br />conformance with the stormwater plan for the area. <br />• Replacement of an existing culvert under Peltier Lake Drive at the west end of the proposed <br />channel. <br />• Three outlet control structures that follow the gated outlet features (required by the Northeast Lino <br />Lakes Drainage Area Comprehensive Stormwater Management Plan) to be placed east of Peltier <br />Lake Drive, east of 20th Avenue, and east of I-35E. <br />• Final design of a new storm drain crossing under 20th Avenue connecting the proposed regional <br />storage facilities on the east side of 20th Avenue to the proposed two-stage open channel <br />conveyance system on the west side of 20th Avenue. <br />• Final design of a new 48-inch storm drain crossing under I-35E, connecting the proposed regional <br />storage facilities on the east side of I-35E to the proposed regional storage facilities on the west <br />side of I-35E. <br />• On-site mitigation or wetland banking as required by permitting agencies for wetland impacts. <br />• Visualization of Proposed Greenway Corridor depicting proposed condition. <br /> <br />SCOPE OF ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> <br />Task 1 - Data Collection & Field Documentation ($12,800) <br /> <br />This task includes gathering the necessary data and performing field documentation to complete the final <br />design of the project. The information gathered will be used to develop an accurate AutoCAD basemap and <br />document current conditions in the field. The following work tasks will be performed: <br />
