<br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-155 <br /> <br />APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 4 AND FINAL FOR THE 2017 TRAIL IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 17-110 of the Council adopted September 25, 2017, <br />awarding the contract for the 2017 Trail Improvement Project to Arcade Asphalt, Inc. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 4 (Final); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that Payment <br />Request No. 4 (Final) is approved for a final contract amount of $100,546.00. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of November, 2018. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
