<br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-164 <br /> <br />APPROVING ISSUANCE OF NEW ON-SALE WINE AND BEER LICENSE <br />FOR CHILI THAI CUISINE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city has received an application for a wine and 3.2 beer license from <br />Mu Win, Lee Ah Lay Mar and Pa Pra, owners of Chili Thai Cusine, located at 717 <br />Apollo Drive, Suite 140; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Public Safety Department of the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an <br />investigation of the applicants, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has provided proof of insurance as required and paid the <br />necessary fees; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves a new on-sale wine and beer license for Chili Thai Cusine to all <br />the fees, provisions and conditions of the laws of the city, state and federal government <br />and the applicant will comply with all said laws. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of November, 2018. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member <br />_____________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________ and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br />______________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />______________________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
