<br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-143 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PUD FINAL PLAN/FINAL PLAT <br />FOR WATERMARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City received an application for PUD Final Plan/Final Plat approval for <br />Watermark hereafter referred to as “Development”; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City staff has completed a review of the proposed “Development” based on <br />the following plans and information: <br /> <br /> Watermark Grading, Development & Erosion Control Plan, Sheets 1-24 prepared <br />by Carlson McCain revision date November 8, 2018 <br /> Watermark Sanitary Sewer, Watermain, Storm Sewer and Street Construction <br />Plans, Sheets 1-45 prepared by Carlson McCain revision dated November 8, 2018 <br /> Watermark 1st Addition Overall Irrigation Plan, Sheets i1-6, prepared by Carlson <br />McCain revision date November 8, 2018 <br /> Watermark 1st Addition Site Landscape Plan, Sheets L1-6, prepared by Carlson <br />McCain revision date November 8, 2018 <br /> Watermark Final Plat containing 7 sheets, prepared by Carlson McCain received <br />November 9, 2018; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council the approved the PUD Development Stage <br />Plan/Preliminary Plat with Resolution No. 16-51, PUD Amendment #1-Land Use Plan <br />with Resolution No. 17-95 and PUD Amendment #2-Architectural Design Standards with <br />Resolution No. 17-133; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Board reviewed and recommended approval of the <br />Watermark final plat at the October 10, 2018 meeting; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed development is not considered premature and meets the <br />performance standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby makes the following: <br /> <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br />1. The final plat substantially conforms to the approved preliminary plat subject to the <br />conditions listed below. <br />2. The City Attorney shall approve the status of title/property ownership related to the <br />final plat. <br />3. A Master Development Agreement and 1st Addition Development Agreement have <br />been completed.
