They <br />operate Rocking S Horse Company, a company that trains, buys and sells horses. The number <br />of animals on the properties varies depending on the season but typically ranges from 20-35 <br />horses/cows. <br /> <br />In July 2018, the City Council approved Ordinance No. 10-18, amending City Code Chapter <br />1007 related to Commercial Stable Performance Standards.
