The rezoning <br />is in conjunction with the current street and utility reconstruction project. <br /> <br />The City Council approved the 1st reading of the ordinance on November 26, 2018. <br /> <br />ANALYSIS <br /> <br />As discussed at the July 2, 2018 Council Work Session, with the extension of public utilities <br />along West Shadow Lake Drive, approximately 8-10 larger lots may be able to subdivide <br />subject to City Zoning and Shoreland Ordinance regulations. Several residents have inquired <br />about the subdivision process.
