CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-04 <br />APPROVING WATER SUPPLY PLAN <br />WHEREAS, The City Council is required by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources <br />to prepare an update of the City's Water Supply Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, The City has updated the Water Supply Plan, submitted it to the Minnesota <br />Department of Natural Resources, and has received approval on January 2, 2019; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of <br />Lino Lakes, Minnesota, hereby approves the Local Water Supply Plan Third Generation for <br />2016-2018. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14t' day of January, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member stoesz and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Manthey, SToesz, Rafferty, Maher, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />,.�N none <br />Jeff Rein rt, yor <br />ATTEST: <br />qfa�e Bartell, ity k <br />
