CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.19-17 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT, WELL NO.7 TEST WELL <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of Well No. 7 test well, quotes <br />were received, and tabulated: <br />CONTRACTOR <br />TOTAL QUOTE <br />Traut Companies <br />$31,061.50 <br />E.H. Renner & Sons <br />$36,702.00 <br />Bergerson-Caswell Inc. <br />$56,460.00 <br />Keys Well Drilling <br />$65,165.00 <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Traut Companies of Waite Park, Minnesota is the lowest responsible <br />bidder; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract Traut Companies for <br />the construction of the Well No. 7 test well in the amount of $31,061.50; <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 281h day of January 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Ma n t h Py and was duly seconded by Council Member s t ae s z and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />MantFiey, Stoesz, Maher, Rafferty, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Jeff RemeAWyor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julian9e Bartell, City Clem - <br />
