CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-18 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING LICENSE FOR UTILITY CROSS PUBLIC WATERS <br />AGREEMENT WITH MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES <br />WHEREAS, City staff completed an application for the License Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the license is considered necessary for the watermian installation as part of the <br />West Shadow Lake Area Improvement Project; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby Approves License for Utility to Cross Public Waters Agreement with Minnesota <br />Department of Natural Resources. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of February, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Manthey, SToesz, Rafferty, Maher, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />\— u �anneartell,�ityie� <br />
