CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 19-19 <br />APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR EDWARD JONES FINANCIAL <br />WHEREAS, Dean Ravenscroft, Financial Advisors for Edward Jones Financial has submitted a <br />peddlers license application to the city clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Dean Ravenscroft has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of the <br />Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted background checks on the <br />company representative that will be working in Lino Lakes, Dean Ravenscroft; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves <br />the request of Edward Jones Financial to sell services door to door for a period of six -months <br />beginning February 12, 2019 and ending August 12, 2019. <br />,-*N Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 1 lth of February, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Manthey, Stoesz, Rafferty, Maher, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Jeff Rein , Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Ju is e Barte , City Jerk <br />
