CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.19-22 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT, 2019 SURFACE WATER MAINTENANCE PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the 2019 Surface Water <br />Maintenance Project, quotes were received: Arnt Construction Company Inc. in the amount of <br />$43,400.00, and Olson's Excavating Service in the amount of $184,426.60; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Arnt Construction Company Inc. is the lowest responsible quote; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Arnt Construction <br />Company Inc. in the amount of $43,400.00, in the name of the City of Lino Lakes, for the <br />construction of the 2019 Surface Water Maintenance Project according to the plans and <br />specifications approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk; and <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 251h day of February, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Manthey, Stoesz, Rafferty, Maher, <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />-Jul'-Julia4 Bartell, Ci det <br />R ert <br />Jeff Reine , hwor <br />
