THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />. ORDINANCE NO. 2 <br />An ordinance Defining and Prohibiting Disorderly Conduct and <br />Providing a Penalty for Violation Thereof. <br />Section 1. Disorderly Conduct. The doing of any of the <br />following acts without authority of law by any person or persons is <br />hereby declared to be disorderly conduct: <br />a. Wilfully disturbing any assembly or meeting not <br />unlawful in its character, or the peace and quiet of any <br />family or neighborhood; <br />b. Wilfully and lewdly exposing his person or the private <br />parts thereof, or procuring another to so expose himself, <br />and any open and gross lewdness or lascivious behavior, <br />or any act of public indecency; <br />c. Using profane, vulgar or indecent language in <br />or about any public building, store or place of business, <br />or upon any of the streets, alleys or sidewalks of the <br />village so as to be audible and offensive; <br />d. Voluntarily entering the water of any lake or <br />public swimming pool within the limits of the village <br />between the hours of 11:00 P.M. and 5:00 A.M., or <br />entering such water without being garbed in a bathing suit <br />sufficient to cover his person and equal to the standards <br />generally adopted and accepted by the public; <br />e. Appearing upon any public street or other public <br />place in an intoxicated condition or drinking intoxicating <br />liquor on any street or in a vehicle upon a public street. <br />Section 2. Disorderly Conduct Prohibited and Declared a <br />Misdemeanor. Disorderly conduct is hereby prohibited, and anyone doing <br />any of the move acts shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall upon <br />conviction thereof be punished by a fine of not to exceed one hundred <br />dollars ($100,00) or by imprisonment in the county jail for not to <br />exceed ninety days, together with the costs of prosecution in addition. <br />
